Returns and Exchanges:
Our goal is to provide you with bedroom furniture that you will love. If there is a problem with any items, we will work with you to find a solution.
- Please notify us as soon as possible if the items you received are damaged.
- If an item is damaged, we will do our best to resolve the issue by either replacing the necessary parts or providing an exchange.
- You will not be charged a delivery fee for returns or exchanges on damaged items. However, original delivery charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on mattresses except in the rare case of defects in materials or workmanship.
- Full refunds are only given if an order is cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed. All other refunds will be on a case by case basis.
